“Signals” Zine Renamed; New Issue Available

Posted on July 28, 2011

Frederick Moe, one of the editors of the Free Radio Weekly, has published and released the latest issue of his zine “Paper Radio.”

According to the blog that accompanies his print zine: “Paper Radio is about pirate radio, shortwave listening, DIY media, community radio, hobby broadcasting and evolves from there. Most issues are compilations, freeform reading to match freeform radio .”

The latest issues is Moe’s sixth and, according to his blog, will be one of the last – for a while anyway.

“Expect two issues of Paper Radio in 2011 (#6 & #7),” his blog says, “before the zine goes on an extended (possibly permanent) hiatus.”

Moe’s blog says he has other projects in the works though.

“Other written word projects are bubbling up in the cottage industry brewery,” it says.

Issue #6 is available from Moe for $3 via paypal. For more information on this and past issues, check out his blog.
